SUDHA MANJIRI CO-OP. HSG. SOCIETY LTD., Tilak Road, Near Om Bakery & DNS Bank,Tal. & Post Panvel, Dist. Raigad (M.S.) 410 206 has decided to undergo a self development project for their society. Society has chosen their redevelopment – project management consultant who will guide them through the entire process. The decision to undertake self development was taken in the general body meeting. As the resolution was passed in the meeting and below is the redevelopment committee chosen.

Proposed amenities and deposit notification.

Below are the proposed amenities which will be provided by our society to the new prospective buyers and existing members of the society. Each existing member has to deposit Rs. 50,000 which is refundable without interest. Each existing member has to deposit the amount with respect to each unit he/her is holding.
